am i right in think if i buy these they will fit straight into standard hubs and my f20box or do i need mtec hubs as well ?

yes, very much so upto the job...

if they can handle a 400+ bhp LET, being given death on the strip and at totb then im sure they will be fine

I have the big hub setup but if I was to do the conversion again I would use the Gsi shafts without worrying

I have gsi shafts with the cavvi inner cvs and they are fine on my xe

I have astra gte 16v shafts with machined hubs, seem ok to me.

if going to the hassel fo going big shafts and modded hub's, then get cav/cali equal lengh setup
