right ho just a couple of questions,
me and a friend are thinnking of buying a house/flat together, lets say we stayed there for 1-2 years what would we do when 1 wanted to move on obviously 1 person would take on the full mortgae opf that house but how does it benefit the 2nd person as they will need to pretty much start again?
also has any body ever purchased property off plan? weve heard rumour that there are some new flats to be built an d where lookign at buying one of them, are there any pros to this, cost saving etc, the downside is you cant see before you buy
Thanks

Either buy one another out minus half (supposing theres 2 of you?) any profit or sell up completelly & split any profit.

Buying off-plan is pretty good mate, you see it being built in all the stages, so you can make small changes to layout etc, add sockets and switches where you would like them, add hi-level tv points etc.. you can usually choose tiles, fittings, carpets, wall colours etc.. where you wouldnt be able to once the house is finished.
You still get your guarantee, if anything is wrong, they have to fix it until your happy.
