Got home the other day and my car started to over rev on its own. I left it for a while and started it again but the same problem. Ive cleaned the ICV and it is now struggling to start up unless the accelerator is pressed in. Any ideas or do you think its most likely the ICV? Ive checked for air leaks and that the sensors are plugged in the throttle body.

Car is a Sport 1.6 with a dbilas if that makes a difference
