Got brand new gsi arches from vaux, so they come in primer.
What would be the best thing to do when spraying, just spray them as they are or rub them down to try and get rid of orange peel then spray them?

rub them down with 1600 or 2000 grit wet and dry, then shoot colour. always sand befor colour

High build primer.
Wet sand with some 800 grit to get them smooth. Make sure you don't go through the primer to the plastic though.
If you have gone through to the plastic then you'll need a touch of plastic primer on the bare bits and then some regular primer all over.
