I tried sending a short vid by MMS. it was only 10 seconds long...but iy wouldnt send, something about the file being too big. it said max it would send is 300kb

thats like less than 10 seconds, and im sure i've sent longer vids on my old phone, and even recieved longer vids.

is this a setting that can be changed? or am i just stuck?
