Hi all could do with your help, ive got a 1.2 corsa sxi 16v, Xreg. Now I replaced my battery about 2 weeks ago as the old one was knackerd, had all white stuff coming out of it! The car started fine for a couple of weeks, but now when i come to start it in the mornings it just turns over and wont start. So i connected it up to my mums car and it started straight away with the jump leads?? then its fine all day, will start when ive finished college but wont again in the morning? any help would be appreciated, as i dont have a clue! thanks

my sxi is doing exactly the same thing at the moment. i think i have located the problem. have you got a sub in your car mate. iv got a feeling that my sub is killing my battery and when you turn the engine over there is enough power to turn the starter motor but not make the plugs spark, thats why when you have been driving the car it starts again after because the alternator has charged the battery a little
