car is sounding like it wants to start but it wont, eventually the battery dies after trying for bout 10 mins. tried jumping it but it wont start, just sounds like its trying but wont fire up.

any idea's?

Alternator? HT leads? Ignition module?

Is it a conversion you're trying to start? Or did it run before, but now doesn't?

May sound silly but check the earth leads too!
