hey all
i drive a SB Barina, same as your Corsa B with the 1.4
Recently the idle has dropped heaps and also when driving it feels as if the engine is being restricted, ie bit sluggish etc.
Help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

Is it the 16v or 8v?
Sounds like (and only from experience on here) it could be the ICV or AFM. Not sure if either of them engines have that though

egr valve (exhaust gas recirculation valve), icv (idle control valve) or tps (throttle position sensor) if its a 1.4 8v spi it wont have an afm, my 1.4 8v spi doesnt have one and didnt when i bought it, mine was like that and it was throttle position sensor

have you checked the crank sensor and crank pulley? I had this prob on my 1.4 16v and ended up being this.dont quote me though as im not familiar with 8v so they may not have crank sensor and pulley set ups!
