right i have a gsi front as ppl know, want to wire the fogs up
now i have the origanl switch atm and want to use it

i ahve sme wiring with the roight conectors for the fogs but were do i wire it to? do i need a relay? and is it easy to do lol

Yes you need a relay and a bit of electrical know how, do you know anyone good with electrics?

Its best if someone clued up on electrics does it really but it goes like this:

You will need a live supply (fused) for the relay, you can get this from behind the fuse box but it might be easier to just run one from the battery, this goes to one of the contacts of the relay, the other contact is the live supply for the foglights and should be run through the grommet in the drivers footwell.

Then you need an earth for the lights, probably easiest to earth a wire under the bonnet and run this to the fog lights too.

Then you need to wire the bulb up in the switch, that can be connected to the rear foglight switch (you will need haynes for the wire colours). Next you need to find an earth for the coil of the relay, there will be one going to the rear foglight switch. After that you need to find a wire that goes live with the headlights on (again there will be one at the rear fog switch) and that should go through the contacts for the front fog light switch to the other side of the coil on the relay.

Then is up to you if you want to run a wire to your dash and put a bulb in to show when the front fogs are on
