Its actually a connector plug, to aid the ease of removing the door. Id just run the wire outside of it.

have you got the max power haynes modding manual? the neons go in the inside of the pods where the speaker is... so i need to get a live and an earth through the door but i dont know where from?

and then what pass it through the plastic door card? by drilling a hole? can i not use an existing wire in the grommet?
