Im just wondering if its worth running the standard ARB on my rally car. I'm sure I've read somewhere, that on cars running lsd's its not worth fitting. what with the transfer of power to both wheels? I've also lowered the front tie bar mount by 5mm, if that makes any differance.
Also, does it matter how far on the tiebar the ARB is fitted, ie is it more effective closer to the arm mount or closer to the front tie bar mount?

Try it.
Due to the fact the tiebars aren't parallel, ie, they are like this / \ then you do not have scope to move it fore and aft.

It reduces the car lifting on acceleration and diving under braking.

it alters the castor angle, which changes the behaviour of the wheel slightly.
