About midway through july our internet stopped working so we got on the phone to bt and after been transfered around many departments we found out we had been disconected in pereperation to start our AOL service.
Turns out they got the address wrong and it was suposed to be a house 2 doors down they should have changed.
Its then taken them about 6 weeks to get us reconnected
surely if its that easy to disconnect us you can reconnect us in the same time frame
Just annoying as you cant really complain as you just get transfered from one call centre to another in some far eastern country getting no where and if you shout they hang up on you cant even go into a shop to kick up a fuss as BT dont have any
Anyway rant over what have I missed in the last six weeks anything good?

Yer we are getting on the phone on tuesday to get some cost back. They never cut the phone off except last night when they were reconnecting us. Also need to tell them that we are not paying the £83 they want as a reconnection charge
