my contract is just about to end 23 september, so am looking to upgrade. I have just rang them and they have offered me 600 mins unltd. texts p/month for £12.50 p/month. I think this is quite a good deal already, but is there anything else i could haggle for?
I don't particularly like that im locked in for 18 months, but it is q cheap, i had seen the same deal for £20 month, but can cancel anytime with a months notice. But i can't keep my number.
I have insurance on the phone, and the guy on the phone said i could claim if i lost mine or if it broke and get an upgraded phone as my g600 is now not in production.
Any thoughts on this or stuff i could haggle for?

it was a sim only deal, but this is just changing my plan, and keeping my existing phone.
What happens with insurance if i was to lose my phone?

I managed to get 500 mins 500 texts as that was what i had for the last year and not ever go over. It's 12.50 a month, and lasts 9 months which is when i can then upgrade or discount again. Or let it run out for the last 3 months of a 12 month contract at full price.

Also, on my old contract I was told I could get cashback using a redemption form, i was never sent one, but would like to claim back all of the last years discounts, how do i go about it, it was from phones4u store.

what would happen if i did lose my phone, i lost my nokia n90 a few years back and the insurance sacked me off, because it was near to the end of my contract, got replaced with a shitty nokia 5500 sport or something.
Are they not meant to replace it with the same or current equivalent?

Fuck thats cheap mate, i pay £35 a month for 18month contract with orange. Get handset and 600mins plus unlimited texts.
