I'd advise going with mild steel over stainless... purely on the basis they will be quieter. Stainless ones have a tendancy to "ring" and resonate engine noise, partially due to the hardness of the metal, the temperatures they get up to and the fact that because its stainless and wont corrode, they make it wafer thin

i've also been informed by a few sources that 4 into 1 manifolds are generally for a high revvy power band, whereas 4 into 2 into 1 tend to give better low end torque. varies on engine and pipe diameter/primary length though. rule of thumb or such like

its the egr hole, ive got the same problem on mine, need a blanking plate, anyone know where to get one from?
