recently just started playing about with this again..

Anyone know any cheats to get the Ferrari F1 car, or even just heaps of credits?

tried a quick googlemanoggle to no success

You'll have to download a game save where someone as accumulated enough credits to buy all the cars. There is one that has all of the cars unlocked. I'll try and find it for you.

It has all 71 cars unlocked including the F12007. Just download it and copy it to your PS3 with a memory stick.

doesnt seem to work.... just reverts back to as if you've never played the game before.... i.e no cars, 35000Cr etc

only dif i see is the GAME.DAT file is called GAME2.DAT in the link above

That is a GAME2.DAT, where as the back up of my existing game is a GAME.DAT

Change the name of that one to game.dat and see if it works.

sorry -

I know how to back up, restore and about dir structures....

I tried renaming the GAME2.DAT first time round (see top of page). The PS3 recognises the files as a GT5 Prologue save game, but nothing appears to be loaded. You start up as per normal, accept the end user shit then you get to the main screen as you would the first time you play it no cars, feck all money.

Chris - What is it thats different with your files over the ones linked originally?

any relevance in where the PS3 is from? This a norweigian one.... cant see any reason but who knows

i.e WHY are the files GAME_P2.DAT?

What do you guys get when you copy your save games to USB for example?

game needs updated, or PS3 needs updated rather to run the GAME_P2.DAT files
