I've been having trouble putting my car in reverse ever since I installed my Steinmetz gear knob.

It seems the new knob lets me lift the reverse-ring-thingy too far up, so I'm able to pull the stick too far to the side. Only lifting the ring half the way up solves the problem, but it's honestly just a pain.

Anyone had this problem and know of a solution?

The car in question is a Corsa C and the knob is definately the correct one.

I've got a Steinmetz gear knob.

Never had such a problem in my B. tbh, I'd just put up with it

Weigh up the pros and cons........ id just put up with it. Very much a girls option tho = looks over practicality
