how do you access the fuel tank on a zafira diesel?
full tank off petrol in it

im not sure. did you run it once you filled up?? if you did then you mayaswell get a new engine! as the diesel acts as a lube as its thick... petrols thin so the fuel pump wears away fast! so either way its gunna cost a bomb to sort it out!

its not been run, gunna drain the tank and fill it with diesel, change the fuel filter and it'll be ok, we do it to crv's all the time

yer.. id prob just drop the tank out then disconnect the fuel lines and connect a hose or something up to them and run until its well clear!

too much effort lol, just wanna remove the sender and use our fuel remover, alot easier, just need to find out where the sender is cos of the stupid but clever seats in the fucking thing

a m8 of mine at work put a full tank of petrol in her work van. But she was too embarrassed to call our line manager and get fleet services to sort it, so she called someone out to drain it at a cost to herself......£400.
