NC10 comes with 1gb already, easily upgraded to 2gb.
I would recommend the NC10, but after christmas. They have upped the price on them already over the rrp. Prices will drop quite abit in Jan sales.

Acer Aspire One is suppose to be one of the best, although it's a bit of a pig to add the extra 1gb ram stick (1.5GB is the max it can handle and 512mb is soldered to the board). But it works well with XP and even seen it running OSX 10.5 (x86project)

I thought that was pretty clear what I put tbh....
I'll make it clearer.
Buy the Samsung NC10 which has 1gb of memory, then go for the 1gb of memory upgrade. Thus leaving the netbook with 2gb.
