possibly yes depending on the person and how far you've got to move it, as i lifted an c20xe with no box or manifolds into the back of a 306, but i'm 6 2" and 20 stone

We got a guy like this at work he's bloody stupid strong..but he is built like a tree.. I can lift 30st so dono if that is related to 100kg

the engine block on it's own is a piece of piss to move about when out of the car, 2 men can lift out the engine block of the car

i reckon if you stacked up some tires one side of the car, used a scaffold pole and some rope you could lift it up and turn it around on the tires and put it back down. Would probably need a couple of tires to sit it on or it could slide down the pole.
Thats what me and my dad did with a 2.3 Volvo block anyway!

lifted my mates 1.6 16v with gearbox but i guess the only way you will find out is to try it or try something of similar weight

2 people lifted a let with manifold's and box attached so i would say 1 person could lift a 12v

you should be able to lift a 12v to say put it in the boot of a car but lifting it out the engine bay no chance!

Like I said near the start of the thread, yes you should be able to lift it(i can), but not into an engine bay.

i lifted my x14xe (without gearbox) up and slotted it in to the engine stand then held it there ti tighten it up, so would imagine the 1.2 would be the same to lift. me and my bro lifted his c20xe with the gearbox on and moved it around the garage without to much trouble.
