If you were to log in as another account, example alex@whitfield.com, would the contacts still be in Outlook, from "whitfield@alex.com"?
Or do they only show in their respective e-mail addresses?
If I logged in another e-mail account and the contacts weren't there, is it possible to move them there?

Could you make the contacts available to share?

I'm not sure, how would you do that?

I don't know.
But at work we share the calender and it's saved in outlook at we just add it to our favorites. Pretty sure the same can be done with contacts.
So once you are logged in as different user find the contacts that would have been shared and add to favorites.

you can export the contact list from the File menu in outlook alex, save it to a folder, then simply import it when logged in as the other account

Cheers Tom, Calendar is also needed, Looks like the Import Export in "File" does all outlook info!
