i found mine being a git and sticking at 1,500 rpm then slowly dropping back.. Also it hesitates at 4k and wont stay at a constant rpm at that lvl.. Umm the induction pipe will bend but only slightly i advise extending the air temp sensor wiring so that you can drill a hole in your airbox and put it in that way as i fitted it into the pipe and it now collapses.. The copper pipe it states in the instructions not to kink.. If you want to get rid of the egr then get some capped nuts and put them on with some ptf tape.. Blanks off the egr that way.. You'll find that the hose coming from the fuel pressure regulator is a bit loose on the t pieces supplied so get a small cable tie on them or get some 8mm hose from halfords works a treat.. Also run the throttle cable round the top of the manifold as it seems to work better with not sticking.. On regards to the air leak have you made sure that you've tightened up the bolts properly on the throttle body, and you have syliconed both sides of the upper inlet manifold gasket and throttle body gasket? As mine was leaking from where i didn't sylicone both sides of the manifold gasket.. Hope that helps

Speak to ckallis if your having any problems, he fitted mine and it worked treat, no problems Made a huge difference in power as well, great mod. I got mine of flame and didnt have a problem are you sure you have everything there??

Any more updates mate? My inlet arrived yesterday (same as yours)
Hopefully get it sorted within the next couple of weeks

bin driving it for the last couple of days, had no problems, going very well..........untill 2nite  . the eml came suddenly on, then everytime i put my foot down, it'll pause for a couple of seconds, then itll jerk and accelerate. any ideas??
