Depeds on whats equip you have. Auto glym is my personal frav, but if you have access to machine polisher then i would cut ( if needed) then polish. if not then just t cut by hand then few coats of auto glym

use g40 first to eliminate dine scratches ect, (be careful tho as it can remove paint as the cut is quite deep!!)

use a clay bar to go over the car to make it nice and smooth.

then invest in a quality polish no point wasting money on cheap turtel wax.,

auto glym is good or go to a specialist and get some good stuff used car polish you want has a small amount of cut in it.

then once you are happy i would use new car polish to give it a greater shine,

make sure you get all the door shuts and boot ect,

i would personally spend around 3 hours polishing it to get it nice by hand,
