hi all, im after a bit of advice,
have any of you ever had 100% mortgages
also did u have any other debts when u got your mortgage ie loans and how has it affected you?

As John says you've got no chance of 100% at the minute. However, when I had my 1st mortgage years ago loans, credit cards etc were all taken into consideration.

our first mortgage was arranged just before xmas, sale went through january.
we only got an 85% max.

You can get 90's and some 95's just now but the rates are wild...

95% isnt even worth considering, 7%!!!
90% can be had for around 5.5%

actually im not i paid 108k for 3-bed semi and 2 sold within last month for 125-130k....... within yards from mine
and agin negative equity applies only if u get repossessed and if you plan to move/borrow in my opinion
