it doesn't seem to have 'ripped' the paint off - that's why i'm surprised t-cut hasn't worked...

The guys on CC|UK who have this problem seem to use a heatgun and apparently works well.
Get rid of all the glue shite first so the surface is perfectly clean, then work a heatgun over the paint from 30cm or so so it warms the paint - it apparently then starts to disappear

yep it does work, the white mark is condensation and it will evaporate with a heatgun very easily.

i didnt think that a heat gun would get rid of the faded marks under the rubstrips because i wos told by a bodyshop that its faded paint under the laquer but i risked it and got the heat gun out and heated the paint up where the wite mark is and when the paint got hot it came of so i done it all the way a long and im very pleased as i tried everythink to get rid of them.but the heat gun worked 100% for me and you cant tell that they were mark there it looks mint very please

Tried this on mine but didnt seem to budge.. Does it fade away with the heat or do you have to use acutting compound while the panel is hot??
