Really annoying me now

I have to boot my PC twice for my wireless card to work .

So turn on PC, windows boots.. "Wireless network not available".. Restart
Window boots, wireless works.

Its a Belkin (PCI) F5D7000. Any clues

Unistall drivers, remove card, reboot insert card and wait for windows to prompt for driver installation, install and test.

I'd try that first.
