my power steering would only work if i reved up the engine! but now it just doesnt want to work at all, apart from the odd spell for 1 min when i start it in the morning.
could it be the pump?
could it be the rack?
some help plzzzzz

Hydraulic or electric?
If hydraulic, check your fluid level.
