Ive got a 1.2 16v V reg corsa and as soon as i turn the engine on ther is a tappy noise, it gets louder when i increase the revs, does eny1 no how i can resolve this problem??

i topped it up with oil n it did sound a little less tappy but then after a few mins it went the same again, i cud do with changing the oil tho tbh

mine sounds exactly the same but mines a 1.2 8v mate and ive been told that its the water pump mate, so im gathering yours would be the same
