started my 1.6 the other day for the first time with bike carbs it was flying and then decided to overheat??i took the thermostat out and still overheats?? anyone got any ideas??

Water pump,expansion cap, blockage in system, air lock,try flushing system out, if no better then w/pump I suppose.

whay do you man expansion cap??...and how do i bleed the system??
