Looking for some help on people that run electric heating I'm looking into a small one bedroom flat at the moment with electric heating, With this sort of heating is it dear to run?

Whats it like? good heat come off them? are they ok to be left on for hours on end maybe all night?

EDIT, Its a top floor flat so hopefully i should be ok from getting some heat from the house below?

Thanks.
