first one has high ceilings... about 3.2m
second one has low ceilings, wasnt that high off the ground, just looks it in the pic i think. Use the door frame for reference

Yeah i was assuming the dado rail was about 900mm/1m from the floor, usually we put screens about 1m/1.1m to the bottom as a maximum for viewing from a sofa.

But whatever suits you best i suppose, looks nice anyway!
