hey i know its very vague but my engine management light has just come on. it struggles to turn over and its not as gutsey as it usually is
its a 1.4 16v sport any help would be much appreciated

The paper clip test basically just shorts the 2 connections in the diagnostics port allowing the engine management light to iluminate on the dash, just stick it in the right terminals then read the flashes off from the EM light eg 1 flash pause then 2 flahes is code 12 i think and so on, www.topbuzz.co.uk will tell u how to read the codes(flashes) n what they resemble hopr this helps
