Right I have itunes setup on my PC set to manual so I have to manually copy music to ipod.
I have the ipod touch and have been downloading music directly to it as it has wifi for the last 2 months.
Connectde up yesterday to put some CDs on and apps syncronised but it wiped my purchased music off my ipod and it cannot be found on the PC?
TRy and download again from itunes and its says I have already bought them, do I wanna buy again?! I want them again but have obviously already paid!
What can I do? I have fired an email off to apple.

A friend of mine had a similar problem, he lost all his iTunes purchases. Apple found history of his purchases and allowed him to re-download them for free!

update: got an email from itunes customer services saying i should be able to now download them for free
