Not sure if thast what they are called but you know what i mean,
is it possible to adjust them as a 1.2 8v spi i just recieved is tapping quite bad
i've given it an oil filter plugs leads and new dizzy
its alot quieter but still tappy quite bad, anything i an try or test ?
Its a 1996 Corsa 1.2 8v spi
I dont want to replace them just quiet down abit, has done 110k after all

Can they be adjusted or are they self adjusting ?
I used 10w 40 oil
is that too thin ?
I was thinking of using 15w, dont think there would be much difference though

There not adjustable.
To try and stop them from making noises you want to take them out, put them in oil and push them in and out untill there free to move.
Easy.
