Was thinking about buying a netbook mini 10v from dell.
Any opinions or thoughts
Was going to couple it with virgin medias deal of 1GB mobile broadband for £5 a month
£249 for a netbook seems resonable i thought

well yeah there basically just like any other laptop but smaller, and usually have less of a spec.
they will do anything a normal laptop will do, within reason obviously there not gonna run high end games.

If I were you I'd go down PC World first and try one. I was up for signing up for a contract with Three mobile broadband, but first of all 1GB per month is rubbish, you'll get through it far too quick, and secondly I thought the netbook was far too small for regular use. The keys for example are closer together and smaller and I thought it wasn't as good to use.
