I don't use my Corsa that often, 300-400 miles since April this year.
Battery is a problem now, it's flat and will need a bump start to get things going.
Was wondering if its okay to leave the battery wires off to save some power
If there is any problems, maybe with the ecu ? without a little constant power to the car

Only thing is, when you disconnect the battery for more than an hour, the ecu makes a coldboot, which means factory defaults.. and then when you fire it up first time it will take 5-10 seconds to calibrate itself.. meanwhile it calibrates the car will run a little 'chucka-chuka-chucka'

your car will be fine if you leave it with the battery off, lke grez said, start it once a fortnight or a week and let it idle for 5 minutes or so.
Also, if you plan to leave it for a long time, don't leave petrol in the tank, it'll go off.
