Cant for the life of me get the rear 19mm bolts off to change the rear discs

Cant get a bar on the end of my ratchet as not got the area to get it in

I know these have loctite on them but is there any "top tips" to un do them?

try the tighten a little then undo trick?

or what do you mean by it wont undo and you cant get anything onto the 19mm to take it off...
