Author B pillars beginning to crack

the b pillars on my car have got small cracks in that are getting rusted slightly.

What can I do?

To stop it you'll need a strengthening plate welding in behind the pillar and then the crack itself, welded and sprayed.

can any welder just weld any plate in then ye? just to stengthen it? and is it just a case of taking the interior trim off to get behind the panel to put plate there?

as long as the plates welded in to a good standard that it doesnt matter who does it

well ye i thought that tbh but i just mean any piece of metal used as a plate to strengthen? and is it a case of just taking the trim off bhind pillar and welding plate in.

if your just selling the car just used a 1mm cutting disc and cut into the crach and then fill the cut with weld

sod that, if you're selling it, p40 and some rattle can spray over the filler (tape it off as to not ruin too much paint).

daveyLC hes got no chance of selling it he rang the local scrappy the other day and they refused to take his corsa lol
