I'm working on an essay at the moment and part of it is to choose and describe the type of structure most suitable for a small office building. Basically i'm struggling to decide whether to go for cellular or framed construction with it only being around 600m2 over 1 or 2 storeys, but needs to be open plan ideally, and look nice and modern externally. I want to go with framed but can't find much on google to back up my decision.
Any ideas??

Does your university not have access to specifyit and BCIS websites, if so they're good places to start. I had to do a similar piece of course work when doing my QS degree so I'll try a dig out some more info for you when I get home mate.
