Looking for some surround sound for my room. Don't want it with a dvd player as most seem to do. Can i get them with some sort of usb connection to play from a harddrive? Any one reccomend some for under £300?

Can you stretch the budget a bit or is it definately sub £300?

Buy a WDTV (click) to play your content that's on a USB drive - your receiver will be able to decode DTS so no need to get a Popcorn Hour A110/C200 or something similar.

Great pieces of kit!
