Getting really fed up with this now!!!!

I've recently put some new songs in a folder on my usb stick for my car (USB port on my alpine headunit).

Normally when I put songs on they go on fine and play - however for these songs they just aren't working and constantly coming up with the "Unsupported" error

The file types were originally mp3 (.mp3) so I have converted them .wav with still no luck

I'm trying to compare the files that aren't working to the ones that are (looking in the properties for each file), but tbh haven't found too much differences...

Anyone else had a similar issue?

Is it happening when you're hitting Vtec? My mates B18 CRX has the same issue where it'll stop playing songs (Alpine stereo too!) and flash up errors when he hits 'tec and won't play again until he's under 5700rpm.

What model is the headunit?

If you can't take the headunit out to check then go on Alpines website and find it.
