Im not really into big installs and all that, but i am just wanting to have a simple sub and amp setup to give me abit more bass really. Can any of you ICE guys and girls point me in the right direction?!?. What makes are good and what to steer clear off etc!?
Im into RnB, dance, trance type of music so i no that a 12'' sub would be better for the RnB stuff but not so good for the faster dance stuff, am i right?
cheers for any help

Right you've got a good hu, which is a good start, you would be best to get a 4ch amp that can power the fronts and a sub, then a good set of components and a sub. Here are a few recommendations:
JBL 75.4 Amp which will give 2x100 w rms for the fronts and 285wrms for the sub. £100. Link
Rainbow Hammer 10 DVC sub £130. Link
If the fronts are components, then amp them, if not try these:
Rainbow SLX265 £130. Link
Dump the 6x9s they are useless and with a sub they will just distort and get damaged, they also drag the soundstage backwards.
Need anymore help u2u me.

I have a MTX monoblock (125wRMS) and two Powerbase 10" subs in seperate boxes if you wanna buy them. Both were only used for about 3 or 4 months. Sounded really good in my old corsa.

not new, just very good quality, you'll find that most of the good equipment most people wont have heard of.
