Maybe a 200sx manifold with a c20ne flange? Just a suggestion, not sure if you can do it with them like you can with the LETs.

If you've got the LET pistons and rods, use them. If not, buy them, if not buy some forged ones, if not get some NE pistons machined down to the specs I posted in the other post. Those are the best options really.
All you need is an engine with lowered compression, a turbo, a turbo manifold, an intercooler, the pipwork and some method of controlling the engine. There's not much else to it, if the engine isn't in the car at the moment you'll need the conversion kit too.
Regarding the management, Megasquirt is a DIY system. It's really good if you want to learn how this stuff all works, and you can even buy the ECU in a self assemble kit if you're up for it! If you go that route you probably want to get the version 2 board with the version 3 software. The version 3 board is just coming out now and it features USB connection and data logging as well as some of the version 2 mods as standard. You might want to upgrade the MAP sensor to the higher pressure version and if you want to use electronic DIS then you can get drivers for that.
There is extensive info on the web about all this stuff, so your next stop would be to read the manual and figure out what you want. The other option is to get someone else to do it for you, in that case you're better off asking them what ECU they specialise in and going with that setup.

cheers mate, thats spot on. yer ive got the con rods too. The engine is in the car at the moment and is quite an animal but im really looking for xe power but ive put so many man hours into this engine/car its more worth turbo-ing than selling and getting xe and starting again. I saw the assemby kit....looks mad. have you done this before? is there no way i can get an e.c.u ready mapped for my engine as this stuff seems scary business. What sort of price do you think im looking at for it to be completed? considering ive got the turbo and pistons? just a guess. cheers my man, well appriciate your time.

I've not done it before, I think I'm going to get a ready made kit for mine. Regarding getting it ready mapped, that sort of thing doesn't exist. There is an MS website which is a forum where you can download maps from. It's called Megasquirt maps or something. You can get a base map on and get the engine running, then you can go from there. The mapping software will log data from the ECU and it can virtually map itself. You're better off using the analysis stuff to refine your map though apparently.
I've no idea on cost though, not even started mine yet!
