I killed a Big Daddy in chapter 4 but the little sister ran away as i was killing splicers aswell, will she appear again or do i have to restart my save?

well there was three little sisters in this level i killed the first and she wasnt by his body so spent ages looking for her, gave up and killed the other two and saved the other two little sisters, i just want the third one for a special gift at theat gatherers garden.
