Can you not just show him the same document that you saw?

Nothing Marc, was a repo so last owner was long gone although he had a dispute with the same folk and was egging their car etc! Been on garden law site today, looks a really good site. Looks like the main problem i'm going to have is that they have been using it over 20 year so can claim perspective rights. If that is so I want the process to go through so I can get it written its there. I'd be fine with that but i'd change their access to the top of the garden near to the sheds rather than from under my window where it is presently.

Fill your garden with horse shit, waist deep... I certainly wouldn't want to wade through that just to get to a spade in a fucked little shed at the bottom of my neighbours garden

Yeah they would. I'm not sure what that would entail. One thing going for me is that it isn't used for coal any more.

random update. Started work on the yard recently and today the old girl asked my dad what he was doing, anyway he said making access to his coal sheds and she said they aren't yours they are ours, anyway my dad said he was going to knock them down (he was just lieing to her as she was just being nosey!) They've then done a complete U-turn and said just let us know when I want them to clear it out as they now have a coal bunker on their own bit and a shed, so bit of a result.

I've got left over tiles to re-tile roof, so just a matter of deciding what to do with them now, I get on with other neighbours so will just do a deal with them and let them carry on using them if they like but will change them around as I see fit.
