I've currently got a 1.4 sport in my corsa, and i want to upgrade to a 1.6 gsi engine but im not sure of what i'll need to change, can anyone give me a list of things i'd need to get please?

Also could i use my wiring loom and ecu??

straight swap if an x16 and u need to change loom and ecu for gsi (c16) got a c16 engine loom and ecu ere which we removed from my girlfriends corsa if ur interested! not to far away either!

they both have there advantages, the c16 hadnt got an egr valve and all this sai system, but most have high miles, where as the x16 is newer so could get one with less miles on it but has all the egr and sai system but i know they can be easily be taken off

would i need to change the fuel pump? and anything else?

no you wont have to change the fuel pump

only thing you will be changing is the ecu chip and transponder and obv engine

you will be able to use your loom as the x14 and x16 looms are the same, you will just need to use a 1.6 ecu,
