Anyone playing it?
What do you think compared to the first one?
Not liking having to go to fuel depots ghey!
And the combat system changes havent won me over yet.
Other then that its very polished in other areas tbh.

I didnt like the first one as it seemed quite slow and a bit too 'Star Trek'. Is this one the same?

just got this and started it over the weekend.
a bit different to what i usually play, finding all the speaking/investigating conversations a bit much.
have you played it through more than once Seth? does it change much depending on the conversations and the renegade thingy

Seriously, you finding it a bit much mate? are you a simpleton? its this depth that makes this game stand out and is a progression from standard shooters.
did you play the first one and import your character? Decisions from the first game affect the 2nd and will be the same for the 3rd game.
Yes the decisions/actions you take make a significant difference to the outcome of the story. That is the beauty of this game and it has set a new benchmark.

I'm just about to start my third play through having only just found out you can fuck more than one bird this time round, also a mate of mine told me if you dont import your character there is slightly more game time that fills in the blanks from ME1
As for the game itself i have to agree with Seth it has now set the bar for RPG's and a very high one at that.

hmmm i wouldnt have said it set a bench mark there are countless games that offer differences in gameplay based on your actions/choices.
even as far back as the super nintendo with rpg's such as chrono trigger.
more recently but still last gen titles such as fable 1 introduced this concept to the mass market quite well.
