I've got some well rusty brakes on my corsa it hasn't moved for like 3 years and the brakes are properly rusty what's the best way to get them back to life ?

Drive on a quiet bit of road and just stamp on the brakes a few times is what I'd be doing. If that doesn't work try new discs and pads.
