Firstly, when i double click a shortcut on my desktop nothing happens, it doesn't open the program or anything. It pops up quickly with the egg timer but still nothing.

Any ideas anyone??

And While i'm on the net (Mozilla Firefox) it crashes when i open a link. It ask if i want to send a report to Mozilla but i dont know if its just something simple.

Any help would be good, thanks

Delete the shortcut (Right Click, Delete,Delete shortcut) and re-add it on your desktop, see if that works.

Try using a different web browser is it? (Im not clued up on this so not sure what its actually called), try using Google Chrome or I.Explorere 8.

Ah yes adio, restore it back to the date you can remember where it was woking all ok.

Try downloading Service Pack 3 and running the installation.
