after a change in family circumstances me and the mrs have been house hunting for a week and subsequently had an offer accepted 
so it was down the bank to arrange a mortgage and now its in the hands of the solicitors. there is no chain so we hope to be moving in 10-12 weeks
it is a 2yr old 4 bed town house with 2 ensuites, garage and a nice size garden for the kids
i have one small picture but will take loads when were in
quite excited and nervous at the same time but at 26 with 2 kids its time i moved out of my dads house

Congrats. 26 is not bad going in this day and age, imho. I think I'll be about 28 before I do it.

contracts were exhanged last thursday and we get the keys on 25th June
cant move in till the next weekend though as were going to disneyland on the sunday

My dad didnt live here, however both the parents have moved back in last Saturday so we are all living together for 5 weeks
