Evening all.
I need a piece of software, or code to turn my ebay sale .csv file into an invoice, but i need to be able to use integrated label paper with it, does it exist?
Is it easy enough to make an excel sheet that will print how i want it to, if i just have to copy/paste certain data in?
What other options do i have?

It can, but the .csv ebay downloads is just full of data.
I need something to turn this data into an invoice, with bits in the right places etc

TBH
All i really need is to make a template maybe in word, where i can open it up, copy and paste or fill in:
buyers address
Item name
Quantity
Price
Postage price + service used
Total price
Date
The paper i have has the integrated label about 3 inchs from bottom, so i want to have a standard note with a note to the buyer about our site and a discount code for it.
Is word the best way to do this?

i assume in excel you just get a list of all your sales? if so a Vlookup would probably do the job you would just enter the ebay sales number and it would fill in the rest of the details providing you make some sort of a template for the invoice up.

You can't format a CSV file because all it contains is data.
If you can make you invoices in html then you can use an API called DOMPDF. This basically turns HTML into a PDF document via PHP:

It's nigh on impossible to make excel or word files online too. PDF is the way to do it.

Well i managed to find a program to convert the .csv to a .xls file.
I think i could then use mail merge to make something.
Havent really got the inspiration to learn how to make that atm, so ill just stick to the word template i made, which i can just copy/paste into.
Cheers anyway

Or just have a template and import the data, which is easier.
